Banh Mi Keu Borough in London

"came to try the banh mi and it was incredible !! the inside is a bit cramped so it can be difficult to get in/out when ordering for takeaway and might also be a wait for a table during busy times. we got out banh mi to takeaway (grilled pork and beef brisket) and both were incredible. the baguette is perfectly toasted but soft inside so the roof of your mouth stays in tact, each banh mi is packed with the meat and veggie fillings. this was certainly a very fulfilling meal and i will certainly be back to try the other fillings and other menu items ! staff are also very friendly and accommodating to requests eg. no coriander"

"we were so happy to find this place as they offered banh mi without nuts or peanuts!! myself & my partner both have allergies to these so tend to stick to places with allergen guides, which they were happy to provide us. luckily only a few things contained nuts & peanuts (so of course there’s still a risk of cross contamination) but none of the banh mi options contained any. my partner got the original with the deluxe sauce and i got the tofu curry banh mi and both were amazing! we would come back and try the other options too :) prices are reasonable considering how huge the sandwiches are, we were so full afterwards!"

"It’s a small place with excellent food. We had banh mi takeaway and it was incredible - almost identical to the one you will taste in Vietnam. The size of the portions is huge - I barely could finish it, but it’s so delicious that not finishing is not even an option. The place is small and cute - it might be hard to find a place to sit inside though."

The other dish had an incredible depth of flavor — the sauce was bold, slightly spicy, and paired beautifully with the fluffy rice. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and bursting with freshness. Warm service, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional food — easily one of the best Asian meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!"

"Had a nice comforting bowl of Nam Vang, I cannot compare to others since it’s the first time I have had it. It was delicious and the perfect size. I left feeling satisfied. I do find the prices quite high, but I suppose that it has to do with the location. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is rather small, so many people opt for takeout especially for the banh mi."
